Bani Cheema is an Indian American entrepreneur dedicated to advancing social impact through innovation, collaboration, and community engagement. With a master’s degree in Global Health and Development from the University of San Francisco, she began her career in 2007 in the California Bay Area, working at the intersection of health, education, and the arts. Over the years, Bani has partnered with non-profits and mission-driven organizations across the U.S. and India, championing initiatives that empower underrepresented voices and drive systemic change.
She is the co-founder of The Common Table, a social impact enterprise that brings together thought leaders and changemakers from diverse fields to spark dialogue, mentorship, and inspiration among emerging entrepreneurs and young visionaries. Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Bani remains deeply involved in her family's business and foundation, continuing to shape meaningful, values-driven impact across generations and borders.
