Founder
Bani Cheema is a social impact entrepreneur with a master's degree in global health and development from the University of San Francisco. She began her career in 2007 in the California Bay Area and now divides her time between the United States and India. Bani's professional journey spans health, education, and arts sectors. She co-founded The Common Table, a social impact company dedicated to fostering dialogue among individuals from diverse backgrounds to find common ground. Additionally, she founded Seeding, a consulting firm focused on capacity building and resource mobilization for non-profits. Bani also actively contributes to her family's business and foundation, furthering her commitment to social impact.
AI and Digital Transformation
Shwetank is an 18-year technology and product veteran, with AI as his special interest. He previously was VP at eyeo GmbH, where he led the company's core technology business unit. There he led efforts into machine learning, core performance, R&D, and more. Before that he led R&D at Barrierbreak where he developed tech for people with disabilities, and spent 9 years at Opera where was PM of the browser extensions platform. He founded Voohy, an AI startup designed to train better managers and leaders, and likes to spend time coaching and mentoring emering leaders in tech. He also advises early to mid-stage startups as on their tech (especially AI) strategy, architecture and implementation as a fractional CTO.
